Remailminder schedules reminder emails for you. This page explains what we store, what we read, and what we never do with your data.

What we store

To send you reminders, we keep:

Your email address (how we sign you in and where reminders go)
The text and schedule of each reminder you create
Whether you've marked a reminder done, and your digest on/off preference

We don't use passwords — signing in is a one-time 6-digit code emailed to you.

What we read, and how

Remailminder sends your reminder emails from, and receives replies at, one dedicated inbox we operate ([email protected]). We never access your personal Gmail account or inbox — only messages sent to that one address.

Replies you send there — a new time to snooze, "done," or "stop digest" — are read by simple rule-based logic (keyword and date/time matching) to figure out what you meant. No human reads your replies as part of normal operation, and no AI model processes their content. The only exception is if you contact us for support and we need to look at your account to help fix something.

Anonymous product statistics

We keep aggregate, fully anonymous statistics about how Remailminder gets used, so we can improve it — for example:

Common words across reminders (as word counts only — never the original text, never tied to you)
What times of day and days of the week people tend to schedule things
How people create reminders (typing a sentence, filling out a form, or emailing it in)
How often reminders get completed, rescheduled, or deleted

None of this is stored with your email address, account, or reminder ID attached — it's pure counters (e.g. "14 reminders mentioned 'dentist'"), with no path back to any individual.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
We don't use your reminder content for advertising.
We never email an address that's clicked "stop emails to this address" in any of our footers.

Your data, your control

Delete any reminder any time from the app. To delete your account and everything tied to it, email us (below) and we'll remove it.
